After painting with watercolors, I showed Sam another way to paint. He was so focused on painting this little dinosaur. I think he showed me his detail-oriented side during this project. After he was done painting, I asked him what he was going to name the dinosaur. He immediately gave him a name…I just have no idea what he said. I know it starts with an S and every time you ask him, he says the same thing. It sounds like “Say-ee.” It must be his Swedish slipping through.
Before you enjoy the pictures, I have to share our dinner conversation last night.
Daddy: Sam, do you know where pork chops come from?
Sam: The kitchen!
Daddy: How about chicken?
Sam: From chicken.
Daddy: And what about steak?
Sam: Unicorns!

That is the most precious thing ever! I LOVE the look of concentration on his face. Wonderful!!! :)
He actually has a good eye for color! I like how it turned out, and the process is facinating to watch, isn't it?
